Charlie Croce pinned his way to the 140-pound title and South had nine wrestlers in all finish in the Top 6 on their way to a tie for 3rd place with St. John Vianney at the 2008 Matawan Icebreaker.
Freshman Tim Cody pinned Shore's Dan Pollard in his first varsity match and went 2-1 on the day for a 2nd place finish at 103 in his debut.
